Bart is a male, young adult, shepherd mix. He was rescued from a horde situation where he was literally starving to death with 8 other dogs in a basement. He has recovered well, put on weight and is now looking for his forever home.   Bart  is a very loyal dog. He loves cuddles and loves being his favorite person's shadow. He gets along well with children, cats, and other dogs. We think he might do best in a home with another dog because he doesn't like to be alone and enjoys a  constant companion. He has a very healthy appetite and will steal food when you aren't looking, but he is not food aggressive at all. He just figured out how to play with toys and loves to run outside and go for walks. Bart is a total goof and always has us laughing with his silly personality. He is a total lap dog and is waiting to love on his future family.
