Who We Are. PA PitStop is an independent rescue located in Berks County, Pennsylvania, where animals can come for comfort, healing or just a place to stay (a pit stop) along their journey to find a forever home.

What We Do. Here at PA PitStop, we dedicate ourselves to safely rescuing, aiding and providing for homeless, neglected and abused animals while they eagerly await their Adoption Day.
Our main mission is to help dogs in southern states, especially Texas, that are experiencing an over population of dogs.
How We Do It. We are a non-profit, volunteer, foster based rescue. The volunteers at PA PitStop consists of caring and compassionate volunteers who work to provide the basic, medical and emotional needs of our rescue dogs.
We are always in need of fosters, event volunteers, and dog walkers.
PA PitStop operates 100% off your kind donations. We are a state and federally recognized 501(c)-3 non-profit organization. |
