This is Newland! He's a 7 yr old chi mix, neutered. He's tiny but mighty! This poor guy has been bounced around a few times due to no fault of his own. He really needs a place to land and settle. He is a bit of a guard dog and likes to bark at things, so might not be a great fit in an apartment. He's an active guy so a home that can provide exercise is great!
