Meet Penny! She is a young adult, estimated at 1 year old. We think she is a lab, black mouth cur mix, although it is a bit hard to tell. All we know is that she's adorable and sweet. She was living in the Dollar Store parking lot in Southern Texas before coming into rescue. She totally deserves a nice home of her own!
