Casper is a cute bull dog mix. We think is he 5+ years old. He has come back into the rescue as an owner surrender due to no fault of his own. He is a happy boy, good with kids, dogs, cats. He walks well on a leash. He likes playing and running with other pups. He is up to date and neutered.
