Meet Aiden! Aiden has undergone double hind leg amputation since in rescue. This poor boy has been through it, but it does not slow him down! He's strong, fun, and full of life! After intense recovery, Aiden is on the market for his forever home! He is an approx. 8-9-month-old mexican/southern tx sir mix a lot. He's growing, and has the potential to be large!

 

Absolutely loves other dogs (especially Philly pit bulls & ol' southern chicks)

Unfazed by cats (and Miss Kitten tolerated him well)

Velcro dog for sure (he loves to be with his people)

Very food motivated and knows how to tell time (loves PB, greek yogurt, and pretzels)

Enjoys sleeping on his warmie (heating pad)

He's never had a bad day in his life

Thinks every dog has two legs and wears diapers

 

Aiden does require an intense commitment to care. He wears diapers, and needs regular assistance, and may need to be lifted at times. He would do best in a home where someone can dedicate lots of attention to his needs. He does have a wheelchair, so a home with a lot of open space and ramp are ideal. A home visit will be required.
